STUDIO POLICIES – REFUNDS – ORDER CANCELLATION – PAYMENT METHODS
DUE TO THE CUSTOM NATURE OF THE PORTRAITS YOUR ARE ORDERING, ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED, THERE IS NO REFUND or CANCELLATION. ANY REQUESTS FOR CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION MUST BE MADE IN PERSON AT THE STUDIO. YOUR ORDER GOES INTO THE PROCESSING QUEUE IMMEDIATELY UPON PLACING YOUR ORDER. THIS POLICY APPLIES TO ALL ORDERS: (i.e. WEB, IN PERSON AT STUDIO, TELEPHONE ORDERS, Via our THIRD PARTY PROCESSING COMPANY N-Vu and PAYPAL.)
GULF COAST IMAGING STUDIOS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ORDER ONCE:
IT HAS LEFT OUR POSSESSION
Once your order has shipped, (i.e. USPS, UPS or FedEx Pick up) there is no refund, cancellation or modification of your order.
IT IS IN THE CLIENTS POSSESSION
Once the order is received by the customer, Gulf Coast Imaging Studios is no longer responsible fore the handling of prints, albums and other materials. If the order is lost, we are not responsible for replacement.
DIGITAL AND/OR DOWNLOADABLE CONTENT:
Gulf Coast Imaging Studios is not a “perpetual storage facilitator” for your downloadable or digital files. Once you have downloaded or notice has been sent to your email, that the client provided, we are not responsible after 14 days. PLEASE download and back up your file immediately. In the event you do not download your files and the link/gallery expires, there will be additional administrative fee to resend or reinstate the gallery.
Failure to read this policy statement does not exempt you from the policy.
We will still honor our 100% satisfaction guarantee on our work. We will re-print, correct or replace prints damaged in shipping at the studios expense upon notification. (Damaged, faulty or wrong prints must be returned to the studio, with shipping materials for inspection.)
